Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Keren — and I've spent my career cooking in some of London's best kitchens.
I trained in the Michelin-starred kitchen at Hide, managed the bakery at Layla, and opened Don't Tell Dad as Head Baker. But long before any of that, I just loved making things that bring people to the table.
My style has always been the same: seasonal, nostalgic and simple — but always with a twist.
I saw a gap. The people I love wanted to host beautifully, but never had the time or knew how to make a proper dessert. And working full-time in kitchens, I'd be the one invited to dinner with nothing homemade to bring. It bothered me that something so joyful felt so out of reach.
That's where Cheffa comes in. I make every component — the creams, the bases, the toppings — exactly to the standard I'd serve in a professional kitchen. All that's left is for you to pick your favourite combos, bring them together, and enjoy the credit.
